Reservations and Payments -
We accept reservations via online booking, and phone. Services are paid for at the time they are rendered.
Please have your VISA / MASTER CARD / DISCOVER / AMERICAN EXPRESS, cash or check ready
for your therapist after enjoying your treatment.
What do I wear for my appointment?
Our therapists are highly trained professionals and will drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times. Traditionally most treatments are done wearing no clothes. You may wear undergarments if you prefer.
(Note: Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is best received without the use of undergarments.)
* Elite Therapeutic Massage Therapists hold the highest standards for our safety. In the event that there is inappropriate behavior, sexual or otherwise, we will terminate the massage session and the client will be asked to pay and leave immediately. You will no longer receive services at Elite.
What health conditions should I disclose before my appointment?
A client health in-take is completed by all clients. Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised.
We also need to be informed of any skin irritations, infections and/or injuries prior to your massage treatment.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in.
Please print off our health in-take form and complete it prior to your arrival.
Restrooms are located in the hallway outside our suite.
We request that you turn all cellular phones and pagers off when you enter our Healing Garden.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
You may cancel your appointment without charge24 hours in advance for all services performed within Elite.
This is a courtesy to other guests and your Practitioner who is reserving time specifically for you.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Appointment reminders are provided via text messaging and e-mail, however, we will not be held responsible for technological difficulties. Please write your appointment time down in a secure location.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.

At Elite, we want to provide you a place of solace where you can rest your mind, body and soul from a world full of busy schedules and fast-paced lifestyles that distract us from our journey.
Rest in our Healing Garden the day of your service before and after your session.
In our Healing Garden we provide therapeutic foam rollers for you to take time to stretch and relax for additional health benefits!
Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift Certificates may be purchased at our office, by phone or online under the Schedule / Shop tab.
*Note: Prices of services are subject to change. Client will be responsible for any and all price differences. Gift Certificates may be upgraded for Specialty Massage Services.
What is the gratuity policy?
Our taxes and services do not include taxes and gratuities.
Gratuities may be given to your therapist at your discretion in appreciation for wonderful service.
Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the treatment price.
