We accept reservations via online
booking, and phone. Services are paid for at the time they are rendered. Please have your VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER/AMERICAN
EXPRESS, cash or check ready for payment after enjoying your treatment.
Our therapists are highly trained professionals
and will drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times. Traditionally most treatments are done wearing no clothes.
You may wear undergarments if you prefer.
(Note: Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is best received
without the use of undergarments.)
* Elite Therapeutic Massage holds the highest standards for our Therapist’s safety. In the event
that there is inappropriate behavior, sexual or otherwise, we will terminate the massage session and the client will
be asked to pay and leave immediately.
What health conditions should I
disclose before my massage appointment?
A client health in-take is completed by
all clients. Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve
the application of heat are not advised. We also need to be informed of any skin irritations, infections and/or injuries prior
to your massage treatment.
Arrival time for my
appointment?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes
before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in. Please print off our health in-take form and complete it prior
to your arrival. Restrooms are located in the hallway outside our suite. We request that you turn all cellular phones and
pagers off when you enter our Healing Garden.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
As a courtesy to other guests
and your therapist, kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your scheduled
appointment time. Please note that late arrivals will be charged for the time reserved and the appointment time will
end as scheduled.
At Elite, we want to provide you a
place of solace where you can rest your mind, body and soul from a world full of busy schedules and fast-paced lifestyles
that distract us from our journey. Rest in our Healing Garden and return often. In our Healing Garden we provide coffee, tea,
and hot chocolate for you to enjoy, a lending library filled with books and to complete the experience, a blanket to curl
up with!

Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift Certificates may be purchased at our office, by phone or on the web
at www.elitemassage.biz.

Gift Certificates may be upgraded for Specialty Massage Services.
What is the gratuity policy?
Our services do not include taxes and gratuities. Gratuities may be given
your Therapist at your discretion in appreciation for wonderful service. Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the treatment price.
